Chironomidae. Based on the small eyes and flagellomere count Orthocladiinae, Pseudochironomini, or Tanytarsini. |

I am not sure. It would be an odd coincidence if both antennae were broken at the same point to give them a suitable number of flagellomeres for female Chironomidae. |

Indeed, but counting the flagellomeres, there seem to be 7 on one side, and 8 on the other!
