Found in Vienna, Austria in early Feb. Wood might be grapewine stem

With the Theowald (1967) key your larva keys out as an Tipula (Lunatipula) lunata-group. But from question 4 it is impossible to ID it further for it all depends on the pigmentation of the ventral anal lobes which are not visible on your photos. So that leaves us with the species Tipula lunata, soosi, peliostigma, selene, fascipennis or alpina. But according to the same paper several species of the lunata-group are unknown in the larval stage.
