Why not Bombylius sp.? Cross-vein R-M looks to be placed about halfway cell DM (the cell below). Not near basis of the cell.

Bombylius. The wing venation of the right wing in blurred in the first picture and it looks a bit like Systoechus, but the left wing clearly whows the typical Bombylius character mentioned by Andre.

Maybe, just maybe, it's venosus (an early spring species). It should have a row of dark bristles behind the eyes, difficult to be sure if I see these or not on the last picture. It also should have some dark bristles just in front of the wing-implant. This species should have a dark knob of the halteres (venosus and cinerascens have dark knob, canescens yellow). But I am not familiar with Iberian species, maybe there are more 'yellow-haired/clearwinged' species over there...

venosus certainly a possibility but i dont think it safe to name to species without a specimen.
