I have only this image of this fly. Probably it is a common species.

Completely black hind tarsi suggests Didea sensu stricto. This one has to be Didea intermedia (halter knobs seem dark).

The abdomenal pattern seem to completely match D. intermedia, but also that of E. erratica.
