Tachinidae from Amsterdam

Member Location: Posts: 840 Joined: 14.10.06	Back from hibernation! Spring had a slow start in Holland, and so had I. But today I spotted my first Tachinid near where I work. Rather smallish, say 7 mm. A bit like Exorista, but what about the flight time? In bushes bordering grassland with atificial pond, well sheltered against wind. Quite a few around.
