Difficult to say from this pic. Might just as well be a drosophilid.

Another view. This might not help a lot. The darkenings of the wings are probably a good diagnostic feature of this species. |

There appears to be a subcostal break, and that would rule out Lauxaniidae. Drosophilidae still is possible.
