@Jonas: I think this is one of the three "Eupeodes species". It isn't Eupeodes corollae, but the lines of the wings (as far as I can see they) are near Eupeodes lapponicus. What do you think - perhaps Eupeodes lapponicus? thanx a lot Greetz markus |

Hi, I accually didn't think about E. lapponicus. I'm not really familiar with that species.. So you better wait for specialists. But it shure does resemble very well to E. luniger I don't have my key here, but tonight I will, so when nobody has answered, I will check it out Bye, Jonas |

Fine, "E. lapponicus"....I have suspected this..:-) I saw a lot of photos of E. luniger in the web, but some of them showed "E. lapponicus". The minimal different between both, was probably not recognized. Jonas and Amalia ... thanx a lot Cheers Markus |
