Hello Forum,

What is the ID of this fly? I have no idea.

Data: May 11th 2008, Hagen (NRW, Germany), 175 m above sea level, artificial alder marshland

Rhamphomyia of the Empididae. Probably a female of the sulcata group but I'd need to see the specimen to confirm the species identity.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
