i would like to know why the insect is blowing a bubble and let it become greater and smaller

Hylaeus is right, but this genus belongs to Hymenoptera und should not be posted under "Diptera (adults)"! Use the forum "Other insects...", please! Regards, Sundew EDIT (Chris Raper): thread moved
