I thought, that brownish colour of wings on first photo is a result of light reflection from dead leaf. Surely, it was mistake. Thank you Jan. P.S. Still hope that second one is Milichiidae  Nikita Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |

The first is Discomyza incurva, the second indeed appears to be Madiza glabra.
