This fly look like Phasia hemiptera but he have a dark point on the wings ?? |

Looks like Ectophasia to me - a closely related genus, the commonest of which is E.crassipennis. Where and when was it seen?  |

Chris is right: Ectophasia crassipennis, a male. If you look closely, the topcel is open, whereas it is closed and stalked in Phasia. The genitalia, esp. female's, are very different as well. Ectophasia looks like Phasia, but is actually closer to Clytomyia. All in Tachinidae - Phasiinae. There are 3 species of Ectophasia in Europe of which crassipennis is by far the most common one.
