It clearly is Chrysotoxum. I think C. elegans. Although, I am not an expert. One key feature is the lenght of the antennas. But I do not like the angle of the photo for measuring it. If the third segment had the same length as the two first ones together, it could also be C. cautum. I can not see the separation of the eyes very well, if it were a female, then it is not cautum, because the abdominal yellow strip in tergite 6 is not separated in two patches by a longitudinal, median, membranous strip. |

the eyes are separated so it is a female and in my opinion the third segment it is longer the the 1 and 2 segments  Amalia |
