hi otherinsectforum, I found this little cicade sp. underneath a leaf, in a forest. Size about 2mm plant: Symphytum place: Amsterdam forest, The Netherlands Is there anything to say about the species? Idiocerinae excluded because of small size and narrow membrane of forewings, structure of supraantennal keel is hardly visible but Agalliinae seems OK; 2mm is a bit too small for A. consobrina, though, A. brachyptera is almost always brachypterous so I'd vote for some Anaceratagallia. |
