Getting an ID for this Syrphus would complete my Hoverflies for 2008. Thanks to all who have spared the time for the past 3months + to ID my posts. .Regards Roger |

Take the earliest Syrphus specimens that come up after the winter and you have the best chance, between relatively lower cases of ribesii and vitripennis. |
