Well, you are lucky and you are not. They are not the same species, but there are tow different species (you may think that unlucky). I think you are lucky because there are two species, both are males and both can be identified. The top one is Neria commutata (= nigriocornis misident. sencu auct.), with the characteristic large triangular lobes on the abdominal venter. The bottom one is Calobata petronella, with narrow, posteriorly directed lobes on the abdominal venter.

I'd say I was lucky - two species is better than one Smile. And now I see differences between them. A propos, concerning the first fly, is a yellowish protrusion on its abdomen a specific structure or it was just damaged when collected?

That is the triangular lobe I mentioned. A seconday 'genitalic' structure.
