Kahis
Muscidae (!). This is Schoenomyza litorella, one of the smallest muscids in Europe. The head pattern of the male is very characteristic, females are less boldly coloured with a grey rather than orange face. It is very common along various shore lines, on sand and on muddy stores with vegetation.

Thanks a lot for your very informative comment Kahis.
It was really thick vegetation near the Nara river's branch, a place with rich turf-like soil recently flooded by water.

Did I get it right when I excluded Ephydridae seeing (at least in my opinion) dorsal preapical setae on tibia?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
