I think that it is Thereva aurata. Am I wrong ? (plebeja ??)

It is a Thereva, however, clearly not plebeia.
Actually, this specimen looks quite special:
red femora, golden yellow, very strong vittae on thorax,
I don't know this species but should be easy for the real expert.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
