For starters: the abdominal pattern, possibly also a more lateral view (not oblique from above).

OK then - I'm not so sure about the abdominal pattern (hopefully it's still alive and wouldn't reject another photosession ) but there's certainly some more lateral views. |

Hmm, with these images I am inclined to make it Drosophila limbata, but still with some hesitation.
