I think i have to choose between Melanogaster hirtella and Lejogaster metallina. The densely haired thorax point to M. hirtella, but i have no info over L. metallina concerning this feature. What do you think? Klaas |

For one major thing, L. metallina has much larger, almost squairish, 3rd antennae. These in M. hirtella are small and round. Compare with this picture by Gerard in the gallery: http://www.dipter...oto_id=205. |
