I cannot exclude species that are not in my key to Dutch species, but I arrive at Chamaepsila pectoralis. Virtually all characters mentioned in that key agree with this picture. Family Psilidae.

Thanks a lot Paul, Alright it's funny, when I think it's a Psilidae it's actually a Chloropidae, and vice versa  (it happened more than once!) |
