It is a Pipizella male. For identification, you need to have a good view on the genitalia. For that, you must pull it out a little. If you do that carefully, it can stay attached on the tip of the abdomen. |

Would have been my guess too. Has also been our only Pipizella-species caught on our trip through Finland in 2003. But you have to practise on your photography  |
