This looks like a Heleomyzidae, telling by the large bristles on the costa. I am not sure what species but Tephrochlamys rufiventis could be a good candidate.

Probably the genus Heleomyza (if prosternal setae are present or Neoleria (if not)..![]() Andrzej |
