I'd say Dasysyrphus. Perhaps D. hilaris.

Hello Lars With the hairy eyes I also think it is Dasysyrphus when I look better, but is it hilaris? Kurt |

It is a Dasysyrphus, but probably not hilaris. The ID should be made with the specimen in hand, or maybe maybe with some extra pictures of this specimen. |

Hi Kurt, this is Dasysyrphus pinastri, because of the oblique spots on tergites 3 and 4 and the strong "dust" band on frons. Dieter |
