Hello to all! In Europe this robberfly would be a Dioctria, as I find. Can this be confirmed for South American cloud forest, too, or are there other genera looking like this? As far as I remember its size was about 15mm. 11.8.2009, Ecuador, Prov. Pichincha, Mindo, about 1300m asl Best greetings Rupert |
