Tabanidae indeed. In fact it is most likely Hybomitra spec., but Tabanus miki cannot be ruled out entirely. If there is brownish pigmentation on the lateral side of the anal segment then probably T. miki, if not then Hybomitra. The latter genus is very difficult to identify in the larval stage. By the way, generally if you see these pair of small brownish stripes dorso-laterally next to the pseudopods and the anal segment is unpigmented then it is Hybomitra. Also you can see at the shiny part, small striae, which is quite unique for tabanidae, although a few Muscidae (at least one species) can have these too.

Thanks a lot!
Unfortunetly I lost the phial with larva in the terrain so I have only photos with dorsal view. Generally all segments are pigmented dorsaly. Maybe I will find another one in this place.
