Moscow region, 29 july, 4mm.
I've got Rhaphium (Xiphandrium) appendiculatum, but witout anty feeling of bieng sure (at least leg colour isn't completely as duscribed).
I awaited that fly with such Antennae takes 5 min to IDSad

Rhaphium caliginosum (=zetterstedti Parent)

The cerci are much longer in appendiculatum, almost as long as the group of long yellow hairs. Like this:

1. Thank you Kahis. Yesterday I was in a very mood, because after taking image of this male Phaphium and than collecting very same fly, I accidently erised all images. Now I can see that with dorsal image it was anyway Rhaphuim sp. without special image of genitalia.
2. In Stakelberg key (next week I'll finaly get new key by Grichanov) - Rh. appendiculatum - arista very short, as on photo, Rh. caliginosum - arista 2/3 as long as 3-d antennal segment. So, as far as I understand now it doesn't much matter at all whether arista short or long.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
