body ~ 8 mm, Very happy on this flower. Some bees scared it away , but not me with camera 3 cm away.

This is Cheilosia sp. (Syrphidae). The most species-rich genus in Syrphidae at least in Finland, so I should refrain from speculating anything about the Slovenian species. |
