Aphrophora is in Aphrophoridae and before that I think it was in Cercopidae. Certainly not Cicadellidae.

Sorry, I have a question! Is it Cicadoidea or Fulgoroidea? in Fulgoroidea antenna are under of eyes but Cicadoidea(s) no, and Cercopidae (Cicadoidea) have crest like spin on the tip of hind tibia??
