Hello, I have got two pictures of different flies, what I cannot identify. Can somebody help me? These pictures were taken in Bavaria, Germany:   I will thank you for any answer, Martin |

I think both are Anthomyiidae but as this family is sometimes difficult to separate from the Muscidae I do not mind to be corrected by someone more knowledgable.

Could the upper one be Delia floralis? It was 15 centimeters (5.9 inches) long (visual judgment)! The other foto, could it be Delia radicum? Edited by Martin on 24-05-2005 13:18 |
