wolly aphid id ?

I think this is diptera, but could be wrong.
Body 2-4 mm, as it cant be seen where it actualy is, coz all of hairs.
Note that color of hair is actualy blue on top od thorax.

Looks like an aphid or psocopteran to me ... it has 4 wings so it isn't a dipteran Wink

Definetly a wooly aphid.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
