I think I need not say that I identifications I have no idea. but looking at the gallery of diptera, I find it very similar to those

Is 13 to 15 mm (Had written of 1.3 to 1.5 mm awkward ), and, like many other insects that taking pictures was sunning on the logs that limit the paths of the wetland.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
