I'm fairly sure this is just a strange colour variety of Sphaerophoria scripta

The first image shows a male, the second image shows a female. The male is rather typical for Hungary. |

I'm not sure. Certainly all the ones I see here in Norfolk are fairly typical - the orange of the abdomen in the picture above is normally dark brown (black)
