Another request from a friend... This fly was photographed a week ago by Alessandro Girodo on a river bank near Turin in northern Italy. It was about 1.5 cm and under an oak leaf.

I am at a loss with this one. I think it must be a Sargus bipunctatus female with strange abdominal colouration

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
