 Dipteran pupa?> Phytomyza spondylii

Hello! I found this on Hogweed while looking at the leaf mines which appear to be Phytomyza spondylii. This pupa was on top of the leaf, but there was another under the edge of one of the tips of the leaf. Size ~2mm tall.
