Onesia floralis?

Is it only Calliphoridae that has those elongated faces? From near a pile of apples this autumn in midwest Sweden 2006-10-12. Id? Thanx!

A Tachinidae for sure.

Mmmm.. a hint of blue or green on the abdomen - this could be Onesia floralis (Calliphoridae).

It certainly looks very-very much like Onesia austriaca from Hungary. Given that O. floralis is the only O. species in Sweden, Tony does not take a very large risk.

Certainly no Tachinidae, so Calliphoridae would be my first guess

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
