Hello! These pics were taken yesterday in Ostwestfalen/Germany in our garden and at the forest edge. Can at least the families be determined? Thanks in advance! The first one was only 2 mm. I have no idea about it.  The second one sat on tree trunks and was about 2.5-3 mm:  The third one was the "largest" with about 4 mm:

second - I would say Dolichopodidae third - I would say Lonchaeidae. |

Hello, Jorge! Thanks! Chloropidae and Dolichopididae/Medetera sound plausible to me. Cannot judge about Lonchaeidae, never saw a male (?) with such large eyes. are they well illustrated, Juergen? With wing venation, details on the legs and other characters?...  I hope tthat hey are cheap...

I thought about Scaptomyza (pallida) but the antennae appeared to big to me and the wings too broad...

The books are only field guides - with nice but only habitus photos (only generic drawings of details of wing venation, bristles etc. in the preface). I've got them from a second-hand book shop for under 10 ? each.
