Hi Bruce - well i will go as far as to say it is a tachinid! But North American stuff is way out of my field of expertise. Jim O'Hara in Canada might be able to help - have you tried him? Chris |

I've word from Jim O'Hara this is a female tachinid, Gymnocheta sp.
