Do I see a vena spuria? Could be Syrphidae

Thanks guys, of course - how embarrassing! I was fooled by the somewhat heavily marked veins, most of the NA Syrphids have totally hyaline wings. |

If you lived in Palearctic not Nearctic, I would say Brachyopa |
