 Orthellia cornicina?

Hi, Can anyone confirm this fly as Orthellia cornicina? - I have been reading Colyer and Hammond - Flies of the British Isles and their rough table/key shows metalic green frons and jowls as being Orthellia - Only two British species (according to the book) with Orthellia cornicina being the most common. But I am now un-sure of the next technical details - " no presutural acrostichal bristles " and "Four pairs of postsutural dorsocentrals" are these the bristles I can see on the front of the thorax ?
