Hello! I have searched a long time to find a Calliphora other than vicina here in Ostwestfalen/Germany. Now I'm pretty sure, that this male from a trunk yesterday is another species. Is it C. vomitoria? Thanks in advance! Hello Juergen, this certainly looks like vomitoria to me: unicolored blackish cheeks and reddish beard.
