Limonia trivittata (was Limonidae)

Is it possible to tell which genus and perhaps species this 10 mm female is?

Photos from 3 august and 1 september 2012 Kramfors 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

??? A 10 mm reddish Tipula oleracea? This is clearly Limoniidae, I think genus Limonia (but I am no expert).

Rough or smooth, just as pleases me best.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
