This looks like Cercopis arcuata.

Don't worry about the lack of red dots. The pattern of the fore wing is variable in Cercopis.

The main feature is the colour of the connexivum. The ventral plates are completely red in arcuata and each with a black spot (rarely absent) in sanguinolenta. Also there is a difference in shape between the two when viewed from above. Broadly ovoid in arcuata and elongate ovoid in sanguinolenta.

The pictures above therefore appear to be more like arcuata to me, whereas the the other picture you have linked to must be something different, as it has a black spotted connexivum.

This is based on information in The Auchenorrhyncha of Central Europe Volume 1.
