Melanostoma sp., probably mellinum, affected by Entomophthora muscae.

Paul, you are a genius (not new info to you I guess ), but how do you see this? I see only a tiny part of the body, practically no details. And to be honest, I have no idea how many quite similar species of Syrphidae you may find on the Alföld.

Dust pattern on the head, scutellum and mesonotum having the same colour, mostly yellowish legs, apparent markings on abdomen (although shap is unclear) and, most important, the fact that is is affected by the fungus.
