Hello, Difficult to shoot this one in the field and it's the better view I got ... ![]() So sorry to require your help about this one ... ![]() Nevertheless, Is there some one here, who would like to risk an Id about this dark (and quite blur) predator ? Is it a typicall one or might it be some close robber flies ? July, 05/2013, Drôme, near Crest (26), by the edge of a pool, along the track that is surrounding it. I think there not many look-alikes but genus is under revision.... so Dasypogon cf diadema
