ID req. for Cuban species

Can anyone help me in identifying these two (Diptera?) species.
Both images were taken in Bayamo, Granma province, Cuba, Dec 2013.

Thanks for your help.

I tried to determine the Enicospilus species based on the alar sclerites in the forewing.
The specimen in my second photo has both proximal and central sclerite with a vaguely visible distal sclerite attached to the proximal sclerite. This resembles the illustration from the web page of the American Entomological institute labeled “undescribed species”.
As far as I can see in my first photo, only the proximal sclerite seems to be present in this one. That would indicate that they might be different species.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
