 Prickly fly

I found this hairy fly close to my purported Sepsid. It's sitting on Anthriscus sylvestris, which shows it's a small fly. Is an ID possible, or a genus/family? Taken today in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. Close to ditch and gardens. Thanks for your attention Cor Zonneveld |

Tachinidae?? very large calipters, vrey bristly, bend in M vein, just the size seems to be very small to Tachinidae. But I will put it as tachinid |

I'd certainly say Phania and probably funesta but that's just because it is the commonest species (by a long way).  There are other species but we can't see enough details from the photos to be able to say for sure  |
