Heteroptera nymph of Tingidae
Maherjos
Photograph taken on May 11, 2014, in Mediterranean forest area, about ten kilometers from the coast.
Approximate size, 1,5-2,0 mm.

On the number and size seemed aphids on a plant Anthyllis cytisoides but X5 photographed, I do not think they are.
What can it be?.

The white dots on the bug, I thought it was pollen. But after I've seen it's the little balls on the end of the hairy covering their bodies.

Thank you for your help.

A Heteroptera nymph for sure. But which family? I think of maybe Tingidae, they are small and have some hairy representatives, but I am absolutely not sure, as I do not know the Heteroptera fauna of Spain. However, I know one expert who might know - he is just on the way to Spain to collect Heteroptera. We could ask him when he is back...

I'm no expert, but I would also favour Tingidae.
Best regards,
Jürgen
