Hi, jorge. It is desirable to know its body length. I try to suppose it is some close to weevils beetle of the family Rhinomaceridae or Anthribidae. Best regards, Sergey |

This is Mycterus curculioides, family Mycteridae (former part of Phytidae). We don?t have photos of this species - stop - we don?t have photos of this family in our beetle gallery. It is impossible to support us with this or similar photos? Best regards Frank

7 cm? Yo want mean 7 mm. Is true Mycterus, but the only exemplar of M. curculioides that I have seen was enterely black! Can be another species in same genus? |
