 Small Bibionid?

Hello! This only 5-6 mm small fly I found yesterday near the forest (Ostwestfalen/Germany). It reminds me of a male Bibionid (especially the abdomen), but somehow doesn't look like the other ones I know.

I think it is a Dilophus febrilis. |

Yes, I had read that, but up to now I nearly exclusively had found this species in summer. The spring generation seems to be much rarer here.
