Leucophpora? (Early spring flying Anthomyiidae, several species are hairy, several species have ventral bristle on mid tibia, projecting forehead is typical.) |

John, thanks for confirming the family and I very much appreciate the genus suggestion! Leucophora looks good to me as well but I'm certainly not an expert.
